Instructions
1: Butterfly your chicken breast and pound them inside plastic wrap until very thin. You should almost be able to see through them. 2: Sprinkle chicken breast with salt and pepper. 3: Whisk egg with salt, pepper, and cheese. Dip chicken into egg. 4: In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and cheese. Dip chicken in breadcrumbs. Press down on chicken so breadcrumbs really stick to it. 5: Heat a pan to 350 degrees.
