Delicious cheeseburger stuffed ghosts and pumpkins that are quick and fun for kids. Ready in under 30 minutes, these can be made using any cookie cutter shape your little ones like.

What you need

tbsp mustard
lb ground beef

pepper
tbsp ketchup
tbsp mayo
egg

white onion

tbsp olive oil

cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside. 3: Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the diced onion until translucent. 4: Add ground beef and cook until browned. 5: Stir in ketchup, mayo, mustard, and pickles. 6: Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted. 7: Use your favorite Halloween cookie cutter to cut out shapes from the dough or empanada discs. 8: Place a scoop of the cheeseburger mixture on top of each shape, leaving room around the edges. 9: Brush water along the edges to seal, lay on the top piece, and crimp with a fork. 10: Brush with egg wash. 11: Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.
