
Buttery Biscuits

What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp granulated sugar
tbsp baking powder

tsp salt
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside. 3: Take butter out of freezer. Use a box grater to shred butter into small pieces and add to flour mixture and stir until combined, resembling big crumbs. 4: Add milk to the mixture and use a spoon to combine until just mixed. 5: Flour a surface and transfer dough. Fold dough in half over itself and flatten, rotating it 90 degrees and folding in half again. Repeat 5-6 times. 6: Flatten dough to about 1 inch thick. Use a biscuit cutter or lid to cut rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet. 7: Bake for 12 minutes. Once done, brush salted butter on top. 8: Serve warm and enjoy!View original recipe
