Bulgogi beef bowls are a delicious meal that are full of protein and come together so easily in about 30 minutes. The marinade is sweet but a little spicy due to the chili sauce, making it absolutely delicious and filling.

What you need

green onion

tsp pepper

tbsp soy sauce
tbsp honey

white onion

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp ginger
tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, Gochujang sauce/sriracha, garlic, ginger, and pepper. Whisk until combined and set aside. 2: Place beef in a bowl and add grated pear/apple, mushrooms, onions, carrots, green onions, and prepared sauce. Mix until well combined and allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to overnight. 3: In a pan, heat sesame oil. Cook beef in portions to avoid overcrowding the pan. It takes about 2-3 minutes per batch. 4: Serve with rice and top with green onions and/or sesame seeds, if desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
