
Blueberry Lemon Cinnamon Rolls

tbsp lemon zest

tbsp butter

cup powdered sugar

tbsp milk

cup granulated sugar

hawaiian rolls

tbsp cinnamon

cup brown sugar
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Put Hawaiian rolls in the dish. 2: Make blueberry jam by combining fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice and zest on low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens. 3: Poke holes in the middle of each roll. Add the cinnamon mixture (brown sugar and cinnamon) to the center of each roll. Top each roll with blueberry jam. 4: Bake for 10-12 minutes. 5: Make the lemon icing by combining powdered sugar, lemon juice and zest, and milk. 6: Remove the rolls from the oven and top them with lemon icing.
