A delicious beef stroganoff made in just 30 minutes, perfect for a hearty weeknight meal. This recipe features thin or shaved beef, cooked with onion, mushrooms, garlic, and a creamy sauce served over egg noodles.
What you need

lb egg noodles

parsley

tbsp butter

onion

tsp pepper

cup beef broth

tbsp all purpose flour

cup dry white wine

lb beef

tbsp worcestershire sauce

garlic
cup plain greek yogurt
Instructions
1: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for noodles. Add noodles once you complete step 4. 2: In a deep pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter on medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, searing in batches if necessary. Remove and set aside. 3: Add 2 more tablespoons of butter to the pan, then add mushrooms and onions (season with 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper). Cook until softened (about 5 minutes), then add garlic and cook for another minute. 4: Add white wine to deglaze the pan and let it reduce down until almost completely evaporated (about 3 minutes). 5: Whisk together beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and flour. Pour into the pan and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Stir in Greek yogurt, add cooked steak, and mix until combined. 6: Serve with egg noodles and top with parsley. Enjoy!View original recipe
