What you need
lb ground beef

cup parsley

can tomato sauce

tsp pepper

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp sumac
cup chicken broth

tsp cinnamon

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. 2: Peel and slice potatoes, arrange them on the greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. 3: In a bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, onion, and all spices. Shape the mixture into patties. 4: In a small baking/casserole dish, assemble the ingredients vertically: a beef patty, an onion slice, 2-3 potato slices, and a tomato slice. Repeat assembly until all beef and vegetables are used, adding leftover vegetables to the middle. 5: Top the assembled dish with chicken broth/tomato paste mixture and tomato sauce. Cover and cook for 45 minutes, then uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes. 6: Serve with rice or by itself and enjoy!View original recipe
