
Beef and Broccoli
Prepare a delicious beef and broccoli dinner in less than 30 minutes. This high-protein meal is made with ground beef, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce, perfect for a quick and nutritious family dinner.
What you need

red bell pepper

tbsp sesame oil
lb ground beef

tsp pepper

tbsp sriracha

cup soy sauce

tbsp cornstarch
tbsp honey

white onion
fresh ginger

tsp rice vinegar

cup water
Instructions
1: Make sauce by combining sesame oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and Sriracha. Add the water/cornstarch mixture and mix - set aside. 2: In a pan, get 2 tbsp sesame oil hot on medium heat and brown ground beef until most of the pink is gone. 3: Add broccoli, peppers, onion, and prepared sauce. 4: Cover, and set on low/medium to allow vegetables to steam until cooked through (about 6 minutes). 5: Serve with rice, top with green onions, sesame seeds, and Sriracha, if you want.
