What you need
cup lime juice

tbsp paprika

bay leaves
tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp oregano

tbsp cumin

tsp pepper
tsp salt

cup beef broth
Instructions
1: Cube beef into 2in cubes and trim fat, leaving some for flavor. 2: Mix spices together and season beef generously. 3: Heat olive oil in a stock pot and brown all sides of the beef. Set aside. 4: In the pot, cook the onion until tender (3-5 minutes) and add garlic, cooking for another minute. 5: Add beef broth, chipotle chiles, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, and bay leaves to the pot, bringing the beef back in. Scrape the bottom of the pan to incorporate browned bits. 6: Bring to a boil, then cover and place in the oven at 275 degrees for 3-4 hours until fork tender. 7: Shred the beef with a fork and return to the pot to absorb juices. 8: Make a salad, burrito, taco, or tostada, topping as desired. 9: Enjoy & buon appetito!View original recipe
