Instructions
1: Season the 2 lb raw shrimp with 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and paprika. 2: Coat the shrimp in a mixture of 1 cup cornstarch and 1 tsp salt. 3: Heat oil in a shallow pan. 4: Fry the shrimp in the oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy and golden. 5: In a bowl, combine 4 tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp Thai Chili sweet sauce, 2 tsp Sriracha, and a drizzle of sesame oil to make the bang bang sauce. 6: Toss the fried shrimp with the bang bang sauce. 7: Serve over a bed of jasmine rice.View original recipe
