What you need

tsp cinnamon

tsp baking soda

tbsp milk

tsp vanilla
egg

tsp baking powder

cup coconut oil

tsp salt

cup maple syrup
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin sheet with muffin tins. 2: Mix all dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt) in a bowl and set aside. 3: In a separate bowl, mash bananas. Add the rest of the ingredients (syrup, coconut oil, egg, vanilla, milk) and whisk well. 4: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and using a spatula, fold together until just combined (don’t overmix). 5: Add chocolate chips and fold in. 6: Fill muffin tins 3/4 way full. 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.View original recipe
