
Banana Bread

What you need

turbinado sugar

tsp vanilla

cup butter

tsp baking powder

cup all purpose flour

cup granulated sugar

cup chocolate chips

tsp baking soda

tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F and spray loaf pan with cooking spray. 2: Mash bananas in a bowl. 3: Add melted butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, whole milk, and vanilla. Mix until just combined. 4: Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix just until flour is gone (do not overmix!). 5: Fold in chocolate chips if using. 6: Pour batter into loaf pan and sprinkle with turbinado sugar (optional). 7: Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when put in the center of the loaf. 8: Enjoy!View original recipe
