What you need

tbsp olive oil

box ziti pasta

basil
oz shredded mozzarella

tbsp butter

cup white wine
Instructions
1: Place ziti in boiling water and cook as stated on package or a bit under. Drain and set aside. 2: Place olive oil into a pan over medium heat and cook Italian sausage until no pink remains. Drain excess grease. 3: Add garlic and continue cooking for 30 seconds or until garlic is fragrant. 4: Add white wine and bring to a simmer, reducing wine until almost completely gone. 5: Add diced tomatoes, marinara sauce, butter, and chopped basil. 6: Remove from heat, add cooked pasta and half of mozzarella, mixing to blend. 7: Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. 8: Place underneath a broiler for 3-5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. 9: Enjoy & buon appetito!View original recipe
