lb salmon

tsp turmeric

cup sweet corn

tsp garlic salt

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Pat dry salmon with a paper towel. 2: Mix avocado oil and all spices under 'for salmon' and generously rub into the salmon. 3: Bake for 14 minutes or until salmon flakes off easily with a fork. 4: While baking, combine avocado, tomato, onion, corn, lime juice, cilantro, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. 5: Serve salmon and salsa with rice, salad, or by itself.
