
Baked Meatball Subs
Enjoy these cheesy Dump & Bake Baked Meatball Subs made with freshly-baked French rolls, marinara sauce, and cooked meatballs. This easy dinner recipe is perfect for a family meal, combining rich flavors and heartiness in every bite.
What you need
lb ground beef

tbsp butter

cup parsley

tsp pepper

cup mozzarella cheese

tsp garlic powder

cup parmesan cheese
egg

tsp beef bouillon
tsp italian seasoning
cup marinara sauce

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. 2: Combine melted butter and garlic powder and set aside. 3: Add French rolls to the baking dish. Create a small 'boat' in the middle of the bread by cutting a slit and spreading the bread apart carefully. 4: Add 1 cup of marinara sauce (divided between each loaf) to the 'boat' bread. 5: Add frozen (or refrigerated) cooked meatballs (3 per loaf). Add the remaining cup of marinara on top. 6: Brush the melted butter mixture on top of the bread. 7: Add shredded mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning on top. 8: Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
