
Arroz con Pollo
A simple one pan meal featuring arroz con pollo that comes together in about 30 minutes. This dish includes chicken thighs, rice, and a variety of seasonings for a flavorful experience.
What you need

tbsp onion powder
sazon

tbsp butter

tsp pepper

bay leaves
tbsp oregano

tbsp chicken bouillon

tbsp garlic powder
cup chicken broth

white onion

tbsp olive oil

tbsp paprika
Instructions
1: Mix sazon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together. Add to chicken. 2: In a deep pan, add 2 tbsp oil and cook chicken on medium heat (about 5-6 minutes) on each side until golden brown. Remove from pan, set aside. 3: Add 1 tbsp oil and cook onion, tomatoes, and chicken bouillon on medium heat. Cook until softened (about 5 minutes). 4: Add rice and fry until rice toasts a bit (about 5 minutes). 5: Add chicken broth, bay leaves, and oregano.
