Instructions
1: Heat a skillet with oil and sauté onion and bell peppers until softened. 2: Remove vegetables from the skillet. 3: Add more oil and seasoned shrimp to the skillet. 4: Cook shrimp through for about 3-4 minutes. 5: Sprinkle cooked shrimp with half a lime. 6: Add bell peppers and onions back into the skillet with shrimp. 7: Top with cilantro before serving.View original recipe
