1: Heat skillet with butter. Place both mason jar lids in pan and pour in prepared pancake mix. Drizzle syrup in liquid mixture. Cook through on both sides. Remove from mason jar lids and repeat to make 2 more small pancakes. 2: Place butter in skillet again. Place both mason jar lids in pan and pour in scrambled egg mixture. Cook through on both sides. Remove from mason jar lids. 3: Cook sausage patties. Top with cheese right when you’re about to take them off to melt a bit. 4: Arrange sandwich — pancake on bottom, egg, sausage, and pancake on top.
