Delicious and easy mashed potatoes made with Yukon gold potatoes, sour cream, salted butter, and heavy cream. Perfect for Thanksgiving dinner or any meal.

What you need

tsp pepper

tbsp kosher salt

cup sour cream

cup heavy cream
Instructions
1: Peel and dice potatoes. Keep them in a bowl of cold water while you do this. 2: In a large pot, add water, 1-2 tablespoons kosher salt, and potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are fork tender (about 30 minutes). 3: Drain potatoes from water and bring back to pot (heat off). Mash using a potato masher or fork. 4: Add sour cream, melted butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper and fold in until combined. Mash again until desired consistency is reached. 5: Taste for salt, add more if needed. Top as desired and enjoy!View original recipe
