Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2: In a baking dish, add rice then enchilada sauce. Mix together and spread evenly in pan. 3: Add cubed chicken, taco seasoning, and green chiles (if using). Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. 4: Remove from the oven and add sour cream and cheese on top. Return to the oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes. 5: Broil for 1-2 minutes for an extra cheesy top.
