Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Mix together ground chicken, egg, parsley, garlic cloves, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, beef bouillon, salt, and pepper. Roll into 12 meatballs. 3: Place meatballs on baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. 4: In an oven-safe pan, pour marinara sauce in. Place baked meatballs in sauce. 5: Top with mozzarella balls, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan cheese. 6: Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
