Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat oil on medium heat. 3: Add onions and cook until fragrant and translucent (3-4 minutes). 4: Add cooked chicken, taco seasoning, green chiles, and red enchilada sauce. Mix. 5: Add tortilla strips and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to low and allow to simmer for 2 minutes until tortilla strips are softened. 6: Top with cheese and place in oven.
