tbsp chicken bouillon

tsp garlic powder

lb steak
tbsp oil

Instructions
1: Roast tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, and garlic cloves in a pan on medium-high heat until all sides are blistered. 2: Once done, place in blender with water and chicken bouillon and blend until smooth. Set aside. 3: In a deep pan, heat oil on medium heat and add steak, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 4: Cook until mostly browned and then add cubed potatoes. 5: Cover and cook for 10 minutes. 6: Add blended salsa and mix. 7: Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. 8: Taste for salt and serve with tortillas or rice.View original recipe
