1: Mix sazon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together. Add to chicken. 2: In a deep pan, add 2 tbsp oil and cook chicken on medium heat (about 5-6 minutes) on each side until golden brown. Remove from pan, set aside. 3: Add 1 tbsp oil and cook onion, tomatoes, and chicken bouillon on medium heat. Cook until softened (about 5 minutes). 4: Add rice and fry until rice toasts a bit (about 5 minutes). 5: Add chicken broth, bay leaves, and oregano. Add chicken back and cover on low for about 20 minutes or until rice is fluffy.
