1: In a large cast iron skillet, heat butter and oil on medium-high heat. 2: Add seasoned chicken and allow to cook untouched for 3 minutes. 3: Cover and cook for another 2 minutes. 4: Remove cover, flip chicken (should be nice and brown), and repeat steps. 5: Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting. 6: Plate salad & enjoy!
