A delicious beef stroganoff made in just 30 minutes, perfect for a hearty weeknight meal. This recipe features thin or shaved beef, cooked with onion, mushrooms, garlic, and a creamy sauce served over egg noodles.

1: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for noodles. Add noodles once you complete step 4. 2: In a deep pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter on medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, searing in batches if necessary. Remove and set aside. 3: Add 2 more tablespoons of butter to the pan, then add mushrooms and onions (season with 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper). Cook until softened (about 5 minutes), then add garlic and cook for another minute. 4: Add white wine to deglaze the pan and let it reduce down until almost completely evaporated (about 3 minutes). 5: Whisk together beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and flour. Pour into the pan and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Stir in Greek yogurt, add cooked steak, and mix until combined. 6: Serve with egg noodles and top with parsley. Enjoy!
