Quick shrimp fajitas made in a cast iron skillet in just 20 minutes. Sauté onions and bell peppers, cook seasoned shrimp, and combine with veggies for a delicious meal topped with cilantro and lime.

1: Heat a skillet with oil and sauté onion and bell peppers until softened. 2: Remove vegetables from the skillet. 3: Add more oil and seasoned shrimp to the skillet. 4: Cook shrimp through for about 3-4 minutes. 5: Sprinkle cooked shrimp with half a lime. 6: Add bell peppers and onions back into the skillet with shrimp. 7: Top with cilantro before serving.
