Egg Roll in a Bowl Ramen

A delicious and easy one pan meal that combines the flavors of an egg roll with ramen noodles. Ready in about 20 minutes, this dish includes ground turkey, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce, all topped with delicious garnishes.

1: Whisk together all ingredients under 'for the sauce' and set aside. 2: Cook ramen noodles according to package for 1 minute less than package says. Drain and toss with 1 tablespoon of oil and set aside. 3: In a large pan, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to pan over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink (about 5 minutes). 4: Add 1 teaspoon more sesame oil and all of the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes. 5: Add cooked noodles and prepared sauce. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes until sauce is absorbed into mixture. 6: Add egg at last minute and cook for another minute until scrambled. 7: Top with green onions, peanuts, sesame seeds, seaweed, spicy mayo, etc. Enjoy!
