This one pan chicken and rice meal is packed with flavor and can be ready in just 30 minutes. It features tender chicken thighs, aromatic spices, and fluffy rice, all cooked together for a satisfying dinner.

1: Mix sazon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together. Add to chicken. 2: In a deep pan, add 2 tbsp oil and cook chicken on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the pan. 3: Add 1 tbsp oil to the pan and cook onion, tomatoes, and chicken bouillon on medium heat until softened (about 5 minutes). 4: Add rice and fry until the rice toasts a bit (about 5 minutes). 5: Add chicken broth, bay leaves, and oregano. Add chicken back and cover on low for about 20 minutes or until rice is fluffy.
