1: Put olive oil in Dutch oven and get it hot. 2: Add ground turkey, onions, and all seasonings. Cook until turkey is mostly browned. 3: Put in the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for 2.5-3 hours until veggies are soft. 4: Stir occasionally and add spices as needed. 5: Enjoy!
