1: Cut onion, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots and bok choy and set aside. 2: Add all ingredients under 'for sauce' and whisk together. Set aside. 3: On medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to a deep pan and add seasoned ground chicken. Cook until no longer pink (about 7 minutes) and remove carefully with a slotted spoon. 4: Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil and onion, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and bok choy. Cook until somewhat tender (about 5 minutes). 5: Once veggies are cooked to your desired consistency, add the cooked chicken back to the pan along with the mixed sauce. Let it simmer on low for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens. 6: Serve immediately over rice or as a lettuce wrap, garnished with nuts, sesame seeds, and green onions.
