Cheeseburger Stuffed Ghosts

1: Preheat oven to 425°F.

2: Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside.

3: Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the diced onion until translucent.

4: Add ground beef and cook until browned.

5: Stir in ketchup, mayo, mustard, and pickles.

6: Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

7: Use your favorite Halloween cookie cutter to cut out shapes from the dough or empanada discs.

8: Place a scoop of the cheeseburger mixture on top of each shape, leaving room around the edges.

9: Brush water along the edges to seal, lay on the top piece, and crimp with a fork.

10: Brush with egg wash.

11: Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
