1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line an 8 inch cast-iron skillet with parchment paper. 2: Cut croissants in half length wise. 3: Place bottom of croissants in skillet to fit. Fill with cookie dough. 4: Place top of croissants in skillet to fit with bottoms. Top with cookie dough across each croissant. 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until dough on the inside is cooked through. 6: Top as desired with ice cream, nuts, and chocolate drizzle.
