1: Preheat oven to 375°F.

2: Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

3: Mix all meatloaf ingredients together until well combined.

4: Form into a log in the prepared loaf pan by pressing down gently and evenly.

5: Cook meatloaf uncovered for 40 minutes.

6: While cooking, mix all glaze ingredients together.

7: After 40 minutes, take the meatloaf out of the oven and add your glaze.

8: Bake an additional 20-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

9: Let meatloaf cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from pan and cutting.
