An incredibly easy and delicious peach pie made with upside down puff pastry. This recipe includes a filling of fresh sliced peaches mixed with cornstarch, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon juice, nutmeg, and salt, all topped with buttery puff pastry.
