Set aside. 3: In a bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer or hand mixer for about 2 minutes until creamy. 4: Add egg, vanilla, and salt, mixing until incorporated. 5: Add flour and mix until no flour streaks appear (do not over mix). 6: Mix in mashed banana. 7: Fold in chocolate chips. 8: Pour into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top with additional chocolate chips. 9: Bake for 37-40 minutes until sides are golden brown and the middle comes out clean with a toothpick.
