1: Combine all ingredients for the yogurt sauce in a bowl and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. 2: In another bowl, combine ground meat, olive oil, salt, garlic, onion, tomato sauce, oregano, cumin, paprika, coriander, and fresh parsley. Divide the meat into 4 equal-sized balls and place each in the center of a pita. 3: Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease it. Place the pita meat side down on the pan, smashing it down until flat. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes until the meat is browned and fully cooked. Flip and cook for another minute until golden. 4: Top with yogurt sauce and any optional toppings desired.
